Robinson of The Wilder Companies leases 2,402 s/f at Garden City Center

Gary Robinson of The Wilder Companies leased 2,402 s/f to Soma Intimates at Garden City Center. Garden City Center received approval from Cranston's planning commission for phase one of a multi-phase redevelopment of the center. Joe Koechel, general manager of Garden City Center said, "Edible Arrangements will also open this month, Ann Taylor is scheduled to open in July and the newly expanded Williams Sonoma will be open for Holiday 2012." Located on Rte. 2, Garden City Center has 500,000 s/f of retail and office space. The center is home to 55 shops, services, and eateries including Anthropologie, Banana Republic, Talbots, Mel and Me, F Bianco, Providence Diamond Co., Chico's, Coldwater Creek, Pinkberry, Williams-Sonoma, and Whole Foods Market. The Wilder Cos. is the management company of the center.
