Tell us what you’d like to see in these areas: The city is in the process of adopting a second urban renewal district plan covering the Wollaston business area. Expedited permitting, land assemblage, and focusing public investment on next generation infrastructure systems are strategies that worked in Quincy Center and will do the same to unlock new mixed-use redevelopment in Wollaston.

What’s one thing people should know about your community? Construction never stopped and development interest in Quincy has not waned during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
