RM Bradley Management adds two new property management assignments

RM Bradley Management Corp. has added two new property management assignments. The new owners of the Goodwin Sq. office building and hotel complex have asked RM Bradley to assume management of the day to day operations of the project beginning August 1. Goodwin Square Building, LLC recently closed on the purchase of the 330,000 s/f iconic office building and former hotel. In addition, RM Bradley has been awarded the facility management assignment for 220 Farmington Ave. in Farmington, Conn. by its owner, Rubber Tree Associates. 220 Farmington Ave. is a 16,000 s/f medical and office building across the street from the UCONN Health Center. RM Bradley has 90 employees, manages more than 6.5 million s/f of property and provides trusted advice and highly responsive brokerage, asset management, property management and advisory services to a wide range of individuals, companies, government agencies and non-profit entities.
