According to RM Bradley, Barre 44, a boutique fitness studio specializing in barre exercise classes, signed a three-year lease for 829 s/f at 51 E Main St. Local business owner and instructor Danielle Srb will offer Barre & other Pilates based classes 6 days a week. Barre 44 classes combine elements of ballet, Pilates, cardio and strength training to tighten, tone, and elongate every muscle. Meagan Williams of RM Bradley represented the tenant, Barre 44 on this transaction Berkshire Hathaway represented the landlord, Shops at Applewoods.
