Richetelli of Colonial Properties completes 2,100 s/f seven year lease

Orange, CT Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the landlord, Crossroads Associates, LLC, in the seven year lease of 2,100 s/f office/retail space located at 263 Boston Post Rd. The tenant, IVXpress, Inc., opening its third  location in Connecticut, and has 70 locations nationwide, provides biologic injections and infusions in a private and comfortable setting for patients with a range of conditions. 

The tenant was represented by Eastern Land Company.
