Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., and Fred Messore, development specialist, have completed the sale of the former Food King building, a 20,740 s/f building on 1.31 acres, located at 39 Wood St.
Colonial Properties, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the seller, CT Turkish Islamic Cultural Association. The buyer, ACAN, LLC, which was represented by attorney Tim Yolen, will be using the property to relocate its printing company, currently located in New Haven. The sale price was $715,000 and the buyer plans to renovate the property prior to relocating.
