Russell represented the landlord, TMC West Haven, LLC, and the tenant, G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. of New York. G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. designs, manufacturers, imports and markets an extensive range of leather and non-leather apparel, including coats, jackets, pants, women's suits and sportswear.
