GJS brokers 15,120 s/f lease at 400 Frontage Rd. for TMC West Haven, LLC to G-III Apparel Group
Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, exective vice president, George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, leased 15,120 s/f at 400 Frontage Rd. for warehouse and distribution space.
Russell represented the landlord, TMC West Haven, LLC, and the tenant, G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. of New York. G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. designs, manufacturers, imports and markets an extensive range of leather and non-leather apparel, including coats, jackets, pants, women's suits and sportswear.
