Richardson and McCarthy of Jones Lang LaSalle execute $3.3 million sale
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has executed the sale of 2 Elizabeth Dr. Hittite Microwave Corp. purchased the 105,000 s/f first class office building from Sovereign Bank. The sale price was $3.3 million.
The JLL team serving as advisors on this assignment was senior vice president Peter Richardson and former vice president Flory McCarthy.
According to JLL's Richardson, "This building perfectly met Hittite's needs and will accommodate their growth program going forward. Its location less than a mile from their world headquarters at 20 Alpha Rd. was a major factor in the decision."
The property is comprised of two 50,000 s/f office building connected by a three-story atrium lobby.
