This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, Lopez Properties, LLC, by Karen Rich of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the buyer by Paul Howe of Cote & Howe Realty.

In another transaction, Core Fitness & Bodywork, LLC has leased 1,673 s/f of retail space at Freeport Plaza, 541 U.S. Rte. One, in Freeport, Maine. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Hal & Mark, LLC by Cheri Bonawitz of Cardente Real Estate.
