Ria McNamara leases to Buffalo Wild Wings at Twin City Shopping Center

The first Buffalo Wild Wings fast casual restaurant in Central Mass. recently opened at the Twin City Shopping Center in Leominster/Fitchburg. The popular restaurant concept made major improvements to a portion of a former CVS, creating a buzz at the center during a recent VIP night and the grand opening nights that followed. The franchised store and the landlord were represented by Ria McNamara in the 15-year lease transaction. McNamara has been responsible for anchor and specialty leasing at this center during the past ten years.
