Ria K. McNamara pre-leases tenants at Northborough Crossing

On behalf of Capital Group Properties, Ria K. McNamara (RKM) has pre-leased several tenants at the new expansion of Northborough Crossing at 370 Southwest Cutoff. Applebees, Margaritas, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza and an Urgent Care provider have all signed leases totaling 20,000 s/f for the new ground up construction project. Tenancy is expected to open in spring of 2016. The expansion is in the shadow of the first Wegman's in the state, as well as many other retail and restaurant users. RKM worked closely with the partners at Capital Group Properties, The Lerner Group, CRA, Allied Restaurant Group, and CBRE in securing these agreements. A total of 42,000 s/f is still available for lease.
