Resource Controls hired as environmental consultant

Resource Controls was hired as the environmental consultant for Pet Food Experts acquisition of 175 Main St. Contracted by the Peregrine Group LLC, owner's representative for Pet Food Experts, Resource Controls has provided environmental due diligence and building material survey services. Currently they are working with RIDEM and the Office of Waste Management. Construction is slated to begin on the project in the first quarter of 2015 with Pet Food Experts looking to move into the newly renovated office in the Spring of 2015. Resource Controls has nearly 100 years of combined experience with providing strategic due diligence, engineering design, environmental consulting and construction management.
