Residential Properties Ltd.’s Kirwin closes $1.862 million sale of 17-unit commercial building

Newport, RI Residential Properties Ltd. brokered the sale of 38-42 Spring St. for $1.8625 million. RPL broker associate Libby Kirwin represented the sellers as the listing agent. 

Located at the top of Washington Sq., this 17-unit commercial building with a brick façade was owned for over 40 years by the seller. The property also includes 17 parking spaces. 

According to published records in Newport This Week:

• 38-42 Spring St. & 1 Allan Court (50% interest) was sold by Mary Hanoian, trustee of the Mary Hanoian Living Trust to Stanfield Corp. for $931,250.

• 38-42 Spring St. & 1 Allan Court (50% interest) was sold by Delfine Martin to Stanfield Corp. for $931,250.
