Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) completes $1.65 million sale of historic Eliza Ward House in Providence
Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) completed the sale of the historic Eliza Ward House on the East Side for $1.65 million. RPL represented both sides of the transaction, with sales associate Jim DeRentis serving as the listing agent, and sales associate Gerri Schiffman as the buyer’s agent.
According to current statewide MLS data, this marks the ninth East Side sale of over $1 million this year, with Residential Properties Ltd. representing nine of the possible 18 transaction sides.
