Renzi and Bulger form property management company: Renzi Bulger LLC

Arlington, MA The owners of smaller and multi-family properties can now have personalized, detail-oriented attention from an experienced, locally-based property management company. Philip Renzi CPM and Kirsten Bulger ARM launched their premier property management company, Renzi Bulger LLC.

Renzi and Bulger will use their combined 30 years of property management experience to service small- to medium-sized properties in the Greater Boston area, serving parts of Suffolk, Middlesex and Norfolk Counties.

“Smaller, multi-family properties in this area have struggled to find affordable and effective property management representation,” Renzi said. “It is our mission to offer competitive pricing and flexible management practices to allow these properties to run successful projects and improve day-to-day operations.”

Bulger said, “We are offering our years of professional experience to those properties that may not have thought they had the resources or the time to make hiring a property management company worthwhile. We want to make sure these properties can take advantage of our experience to have successful projects and increase value.”

Bulger earned her masters of science in civil engineering/construction management from Northeastern University. She received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from IREM in 2006.
