Remic Properties signs two leases totaling 6,600 s/f in Plaistow

Remic Properties has completed two lease signings at its Plaistow, N.H. shopping center. Access Sports Medicine, previously a subtenant at this location, is now the primary tenant leasing 4,500 s/f for its sports medicine and physical therapy operations. Access Sports Medicine, based in Exeter, N.H. is a group physician practice with other offices in Exeter, Portsmouth and Raymond, N.H. Remic also signed Colorado-based Evergreen Garden Centers, a hydroponics store specializing in all things needed for indoor gardening. Evergreen is also a tenant in Remic's Rte. 1 Peabody location. Evergreen is leasing 2,100 s/f in Plaistow. Gary Belowich, president of Remic said, "After renovating the center last summer, we are very happy to bring our Plaistow location back to 100% occupancy. Each of these businesses is a valuable addition to the area." Remic Properties is a shopping center owner/developer with holdings in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
