Remic Properties completes 8,000 s/f lease to Family Dollar at Breckwood Shops

Springfield, MA Remic Properties has completed the leasing of 8,000 s/f to Family Dollar at the Breckwood Shops. Mitch Bolotin of Colebrook Realty Services represented Remic Properties in this transaction. 

Gary Belowich, president of Remic said, “This was a complicated lease as it involved re-
locating three existing tenants into new locations within the shopping center. We appreciate the hard work of Colebrook Realty Services who oversaw the construction and MOR Services acted as the general contractor. We had a tight timetable to meet and to be able to complete the project on time in the COVID-19 environment we were all working in was a significant accomplishment.” 

The addition of Family Dollar now brings the center’s occupancy to 93%.
