ReMax Butler Realty Group sells 2,400 s/f building for $425,000
ReMax Butler Realty Group has completed the $425,000 sale of an office building located at 595 Jefferson Blvd. The 2,400 s/f building is on a 9,300 s/f lot, and has 18,600 s/f of vacant land.
Jeffrey Butler of ReMax Butler Realty Group and Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate co-brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, Mikent, Inc. and the buyer, Theodore Topouzis.
The former KREG Properties offices have been fully updated and will now be used as law offices by the buyer. KREG Properties will relocate to newly renovated offices at 39 Nooseneck Hill Rd. in West Greenwich.
