Related Beal signs 2,180 s/f lease with Five Guys in Quincy

Quincy, MA Related Beal has secured a 2,180 s/f lease with Five Guys Burgers and Fries at Presidents Place. The mixed-use office, retail, educational and medical office center is nearly 350,000 s/f, and spans one full block in the heart of downtown. Centrally located at 1250 Hancock St. with direct access to Rtes. 3 and 3A, the complex faces Quincy Center MBTA Station and the future Adams Green.

“Our intent is for Presidents Place’s ground floor retail tenant mix to add vibrancy to Quincy’s downtown and contribute to its growth and evolution,” said Stephen Faber, executive vice president of Related Beal. “Five Guys brings a new dining concept to our line-up of retail tenants and appeals to the younger, value oriented demographic, which Quincy College students bring to the property.”

Five Guys joins restaurants The Townshend and Jimmy John’s at Presidents Place.
