REFA is heating up for summer

Boston, MA REFA held its Annual Past President Luncheon on Monday, May 22nd. The gathering brings together the current president, Nilesh Bubna, Longpoint Realty Partners, and all past presidents to network, learn what REFA has accomplished the past year, and share ideas for how to continuously grow the association.

REFA will host its next education program, Perspectives on CRE Valuation in an Uncertain Environment, on Tuesday, June 20th, 12:00 p.m., at 101 Seaport Blvd., PwC. The panel will be moderated by Andrew Alperstein, real estate partner, PwC. Industry experts, Sara Cassidy, managing director, AEW, Robert Skinner, executive managing director, Cushman & Wakefield, and Lisa Strope, VP, director of research, TA Realty will be discussing what they are currently seeing and doing as they navigate these uncertain times for commercial real estate valuations. With a slow down in commercial real estate transaction volume across all property types, valuations are particularly challenging in the current environment.
