Herrick Lutts Realty Partners brokers sale of $1.9 million, 6-unit apartment building in Melrose

Melrose, MA Herrick Lutts Realty Partners, an established commercial and residential real estate firm which has served the North Shore for over 25 years, has completed the successful sale of a 6-unit brick apartment building located at 51 Lynde St.

Herrick Lutts partner Nick Zolotas is the agent who represented property owner Brancroft Real Estate Trust, for a sale price of $1.9 million. The new owner of the building is O’Hara Properties Three, LLC, of Melrose, MA.

“Melrose is an up and coming community,” said Zolotas, adding, “There is always a demand for rental property and we are very pleased to have been able to help with the sale of this property.”

Herrick Lutts Realty Partners specializes in providing services for both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Other recent transactions handled by Herrick Lutts Realty Partners include a three building, 17 apartment transaction in Salem, MA, and the successful leasing of a restaurant, formerly Bertucci’s, in Beverly, MA.
