Reed of Stebbins Commercial sells 10,520 s/f
Manchester, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties negotiated the sale of the 10,520 s/f commercial building at 121 Riverfront Dr. from Amoskeag School LLC to Dmitry Zhivotosky.
Reed represented the seller.Laura Nesmith of Colliers International represented the buyer in this transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $850,000.
