Londonderry, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of a 31,000 s/f industrial building at 15 Industrial Dr. from Grey Light Realty LLC of Londonderry, to Sampo Properties of Bedford, N.H.
Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller and assisted the buyer in the transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $1.975 million.
