• The sale of a 16,128 s/f building (formerly known as St. George’s Church) at 516 Pine St. from St. George’s Church in Manchester, to the Palace Theatre Trust on 80 Hanover St. Reed represented the buyer, and Travis Warner of the Bean Group represented the seller. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $470,000.

• The sale of a 11,152 s/f building at 185 South Main St. in Newton, N.H. from SPE Real Estate, LLC of Newton, to T&L, LLC of 1780 Osgood St. in North Andover, Mass. Reed represented the seller SPE Real Estate, LLC, and the buyer was represented by Larry Marocco of Mico Properties. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $700,000.

• The lease of 4,800 s/f at 7 Perimeter Rd. in Manchester, N.H. from Pine Valley Mill LLC of Manchester to Mitch Rosen of Manchester. Mark Lacombe of Inex Properties represented the landlord and Reed represented the tenant.

• The lease of 10,400 s/f at 4 Cote Ln. in Bedford, N.H. to Fuel Lighting Systems of 250 Commercial St. in Manchester, N.H. Reed represented the landlord and assisted the tenant.
