Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties sells 18,000 s/f for $1.055 million
Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. sold 13 River Rd. from Thomas Head III Revocable Trust to Desjardins Realty Trust of Pelham.
According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $1.055 million.
Jim Doliver of Remax Prestige in Dracut, Mass. represented the buyer. Reed represented the seller, Thomas Head III Revocable in the transaction.
