Reed of Stebbins Commercial completes $595,000 sale
Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of 711 Mast Rd. to O'Reilly Enterprises who will be the new owner. The total space sold was 27,000 s/f. O'Reilly will redevelop the location as O'Reilly VIP Auto or Pep Boys.
Reed represented the landlord, Catco Realty Management of Bedford, N.H. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $595,000.
