Re/Max Professionals Commercial merges with Spinnaker Group
Re/Max Professionals has formed Re/Max Professionals Commercial, the result of the company's merger with Spinnaker Group, Inc. Re/Max Professionals Commercial is one of the only Re/Max offices in Rhode Island to have its own dedicated commercial division.
Re/Max Professionals, led by Len and David Iannuccilli has been providing residential real estate services to Rhode Island since 1986.
Leading the new commercial division is Andy Kushner, president and principal broker of Spinnaker, a boutique brokerage firm located in Foxboro, Mass., that specializes in commercial property and new home development and sales in R.I., Mass. and Conn.
"We recognized the need for a dedicated commercial division," said Len Iannuccilli. "In the past, we added resources from within to handle our commercial work. Now, however, the need has increased significantly and we're pleased to have Andy lead the charge. His wealth of experience over the past 16 years at Spinnaker gives him a unique perspective on the challenges of the commercial real estate market."
Re/Max Professionals Commercial is comprised of a team of five agents. The new office provides a full range of commercial brokerage, consulting and management services.
"We want to be a viable commercial player in the Rhode Island market," said Kushner, president, Re/Max Professionals Commercial. "Our services include brokerage and leasing, property management, consulting, investment analysis and tenant and buyer representation. Our niche ranges from smaller properties up to $5 million."
