Ranco and DeAngelo of Hammond Residential Real Estate handle $3.32 million sale of 7 Columbus Sq.

Boston, MA According to Dave Stenberg, Boston regional manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate, with offices in the Back Bay/Beacon Hill, South End, and Charlestown, the team of John Ranco and Joe DeAngelo brokered both transaction sides in connection with the $3.32 million sale of 7 Columbus Sq. in the city’s South End neighborhood. The five story Row House, circa 1900, is located across from historic Harriet Tubman Sq.

Architectural details and amenities such as high ceilings, marble fireplaces, and woodwork can be found throughout the building, which also features an exterior balcony and deck.
