Patel and Kettler join Unison Realty Partners acquisitions team as as assistant vice president of acquisitions and acquisitions associate

Boston, MA According to Unison Realty Partners, Kush Patel and Frank Kettler have joined the firm’s acquisitions team. Patel is joining as assistant vice president of acquisitions and Kettler joins as an acquisitions associate. Both will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, performing due-diligence and closing acquisitions.

Patel has more than six years of real estate experience in the industrial and multifamily asset classes through KUMA Realty, a real estate investment management firm he founded in 2009. Previously, he was a senior analyst in business planning & analysis for The TJX Cos.

Kettler joins Unison from Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, where he held roles in both asset management and originations within the private debt team, and worked with multiple asset classes, markets, and capital structures.

“As our team continues to grow, we’re thrilled to have Kush and Frank on board to help drive our strategic development,” said Karim Fadel, founder and principal of Unison Realty. “Their unique skillset and experience in real estate investment makes them a huge asset to our team and our investors.”

Unison Realty Partners is a Boston-based, privately held retail real estate investment management firm established in 2010. The firm’s investment strategy focuses on acquiring, repositioning, redeveloping or otherwise improving neighborhood and community shopping centers anchored by national or regional grocers.
