Raimer joins Cityside Management as director of human resources

Jen Raimer has joined Cityside Management Corp. as director of human resources. Raimer is a strategic human resource leader with 15 years experience in all HR functions and operations, specializing in organizational development, recruitment, training, and benefits administration in public, private, and not-for-profit settings. Raimer brings with her extensive experience in serving populations ranging from 175 to 3,000 employees. Raimer formerly served as director of human resources for St. Paul's School in Concord, where she was responsible for all HR functions for the coeducational boarding school. "Jen is unquestionably qualified to lead our human resources department. But I feel her ability to communicate and be a mentor to our staff is what truly cements her as a perfect fit for Cityside," said company president Chris Dolloff.
