R.W. Holmes negotiates two new lab leases totaling 11,194 s/f

Woburn, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated two new lab leases in Waltham and Woburn, totaling 11,194 s/f.

Blue Martin Laboratories, a biomedical company specializing in the development of innovative healthcare methods, leased 5,385 s/f of lab space at 100 Trade Center in Woburn. R.W. Holmes vice president Mike Ogasapian represented the tenant in the transaction. Mike Truesdale of Cummings Properties represented the landlord, Cummings Properties.

Quantum Diamond, which has developed atom-sized quantum sensors in diamonds, functioning under the hardest conditions, leased 5,811 s/f of lab space at 1466 Main St. R.W. Holmes, director of corporate services Elizabeth Holmes, and managing director Dean Blackey represented the landlord, Legacy Real Estate Ventures. James Tambone of Lincoln Properties represented the tenant.

“There is a growing demand for lab space ranging between 5,000 and 15,000 s/f across Greater Boston,” said Holmes. “Despite a slight slowdown in the Life Sciences market, demand for small labs remains strong.”
