R.I. Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors installs officers
Ann Foncellino, broker associate with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Commercial Division in Cumberland, Rhode Island, was installed as the president of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors on October 7, at the Squantum Association. Foncellino is a director of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors and currently serves on the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board's executive, finance, and program committees. Michael Alves of KW Commercial in Providence, RI served as the installing officer.
The board installed the following officers:
* Vice president, James Moore of Scotti & Associates, Providence, R.I.
* Treasurer, Richard Carrubba of Sterling Appraisal, Middletown, R.I.
* Corporate secretary, Stephanie Soscia of Premier Homes Realty, Cranston, R.I.
* Immediate past president, Jeffrey Butler of RE/MAX Professionals, East Greenwich, R.I.
The board also installed the following directors for a term to expire in 2017:
* Robert Countie of Rhode Island Real Estate Services, East Greenwich, R.I.
* Michael Foncellino, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Division, Cumberland, R.I.
At its annual meeting, the board also recognized its 2014 Realtor of the Year Jamie Moore. Moore is an appraiser and a past president of RIACABOR and the RI Association of Realtors.
Providence, RI Shawmut Design and Construction celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking for the 195 District Park Pavilion, marking the start of construction on a facility that will feature year-round dining and support space for park operations. In addition to the 3,500 s/f building, the project will include infrastructure upgrades
