R. Calabrese Agency sells 60,000 s/f warehouse facility for $2 million
Ralph Calabrese, president of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC, recently sold 191 Sheridan Dr.
The 60,000 s/f warehouse facility was built in 1986 by Meyers Supply, Inc. to house its rapidly expanding distribution business. Meyers Supply, Inc. serviced drug stores and convenience stores throughout Connecticut as well as parts of New York and southern Massachusetts since 1956.
The property and business were purchased by the Sunshine Breakfast Club.
Calabrese was the only broker involved in the sale.
