Chozick Realty brokers $855,000 sale of 21 unit Hartford complex
Jon Concilio and Rick Chozick of Chozick Realty, Inc. have completed the sale of 15-17 Evergreen Ave. for $855,000. The 21 unit property is located within one block of the hub of the West End restaurant and entertainment area as well as being within walking distance to the University of Connecticut Law School and the Hartford Seminary. Built in 1928, the property has been renovated and updated throughout the years. 15-17 Evergreen Ave. contains a unit mix of 14 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom apartments. 15-17 Evergreen Ave. has historically enjoyed an occupancy level of at or close to 100%.
Chozick Realty Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction. The seller was 15 Evergreen Associates and the buyer is Evergreen I, LLC.
