Prolman Realty to market 4,168 s/f in Merrimack
Prolman Realty, Inc. has been selected by Anderson Sweet Properties, LLC to market for sale 436 Daniel Webster Highway.
According to Mark Prolman, "The 4,168 s/f building was formerly occupied by Swan Chocolates and served as a production facility, café, retail sales, events and corporate offices.
The building was fully renovated in 2008 and would be ideal for food service, catering or bakery.
