Prolman Realty sells two investment properties for $1.644m
Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. brokered the sale of two investment properties located at 1 Main St. and 8 Auburn St. on behalf of One Main Street Professional Building, LLC.
Mark Prolman, Prolman Realty, Inc. represented the seller, One Main Street Professional Building, LLC and Scott Walker, Premiere Properties represented the buyer, Bangor Savings Bank.
1 Main St. consists of an 8,204 s/f office building situated on 0.65 acres. The building is NNN leased to LifeStance Health. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $1.175 million.
Prolman Realty represented the seller, One Main Street Professional Building, LLC and The Adams Home Team represented the buyer. 8 Auburn St. consists of 2,580 s/f situated on .18 acres. The building is NNN leased to LifeStance Health. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the selling price was $469,000.
