Prolman Realty sells condo for $143,500
Prolman Realty, Inc. sold 55 Lake St., unit 3-8 in the Lake St. Mill Condominium to Lawrence Knight of Lighthouse Technical Sales, LLC. Lisa Morrison represented the seller, Lisa Teague of Lisa Teague Studios.
According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $143,500.
