Prolman Realty sells 6,700 s/f to Community Council of Nashua
Prolman Realty, Inc. brokered the sale of 94-100 West Pearl St. to Community Council of Nashua. According to Mark Prolman who represented the seller, Mark Gladstone, and assisted the buyer, Community Council plans on renovating the 6,700 s/f building into office and counseling space and anticipates a late spring occupancy. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the selling price was $700,000.
