Prolman Realty sells 441 Amherst Street for $800,000
Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 441 Amherst St. to 441 Amherst Street, LLC according to Mark Prolman and Lisa Ferrari who represented the seller, Greenland Farms, LLC and assisted the buyer.
The property consists of a 7,000 s/f retail building situated on .65 acre with 4,000 s/f leased to
FedEx Office and 3,000 s/f vacant.
According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the property sold for $800,000.
Prolman Realty, Inc. is a commercial and industrial brokerage company based in Nashua.
