The buyer intends to use the space for an animal boarding, dog daycare, and training facility under the name, “Animal Care Center of NH.”
The seller, SAD Development, was represented by Jay Lee of Verani Realty.
According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the selling price was $1.05 million.
