Prolman Realty leases 2,000 s/f
Prolman Realty, Inc. represented PrideSTAR EMS, Inc. in the lease of 2,000 s/f of industrial space at 4 Bud Way.
According to Mark Prolman and Lisa Morrison, who represented PrideSTAR, "PrideSTAR needed space in southern New Hampshire due to company growth and in particular, because of recent service agreements with several medical organizations in the area."
Bob Cavanna of Grubb & Ellis | Northern New England represented the landlord, Litchfield Vantage, LLC.
