Prolman Realty completes 8,400 s/f sale for $335,000
Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 2 West Otterson St. to 33 Legends, LLC according to Mark Prolman and Lisa Morrison of Prolman Realty, who represented the seller, Otterson Street Realty, LLC.
The buyer intends to occupy the 8,400 s/f building and operate REO Machine. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $335,000.
