Pro Con nearing completion of 150,600 s/f Brightview community

Construction is nearing completion at Brightview, a new independent and assisted living community located at 50 Endicott St. The $20 million project is being developed by the Shelter Development of Baltimore and will be operated by Brightview Senior Living. JSA Architects Inc. is the project architect and Pro Con Inc. is the construction manager for the senior living community, which will be one of three Brightview communities in Massachusetts. Pro Con which began site work at the Brightview location in May 2007 and held the steel framing "topping-off" ceremony in November 2007, has scheduled an end of June completion for the 3-story, 150,600 s/f senior living community. The Brightview at Danvers will have 160 apartments including 88 apartments for independent living, 48 apartments for assisted living and 24 apartments for Alzheimer's and dementia care; all on one campus. Amenities at Brightview include a movie theater, wellness center, hair salon, pub, billiards room, library and internet café. Brightview Senior Living operates 14 communities in 8 states.
