Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services completes two sales totaling $1.535 million

Hamden, CT Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has completed two sales totaling $1.535 million, along with a new lease. The deal include the following:

• Penny Wickey, principal of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Wells Fargo Bank, NA and Stephen Press, SIOR of Press|Cuozzo represented the purchaser, 2427 Whitney Avenue, LLC. The transaction closed for a sale price of $700,000. The former Wells Fargo Bank facility, located at 2427 Whitney Ave. in Hamden, consists of a freestanding 2,911 s/f building with drive through set on .78 acre. The property is located in the central business district and offers access to both the parkway and I-91.

• Press|Cuozzo brokered the sale of a two building industrial complex at 8 Massimo Dr. in North Haven. The 1.84 site is improved with a 8,000 s/f and a 6,750 s/f industrial buildings and offers access to I-91 and has a large secured lot. The transaction closed at a sale price of $835,000 with Press representing the sellers, The Petonito Family and Steven Miller of ReMax Alliance representing the buyer, KyleMac Properties, LLC.

• Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor and Elina Katsman of Press|Cuozzo, served as listing and leasing agents for 105 Leeder Hill Dr., Unit 3 in Hamden, a 2,560 s/f warehouse space. Nesson represented the landlord, Stengel & Tomasulo Realty, LLC, and Katsman represented Phoenix Fitness, LLC, the tenant.
