Famiglietti of Drubner Commercial and Godin of Godin Property Brokers broker $925,000 sale
Cheshire CT John Famiglietti of Drubner Commercial represented the seller and Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers represented the buyer in the $925,000 sale of 210 Realty Dr.
The manufacturing and warehouse facility is 33,000 s/f and part of an industrial condominium complex. The facility is close to I-691 and has 30' ceilings. The new owner is Dalton Enterprises who will utilize the property for the continued growth of their business operations.
