Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services completes multiple deals

271 and 301 Boston Post Road - Guilford, CT

Guilford, CT Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services has arranged the sale of the former Mannix Chevrolet site at 271 and 301 Boston Post Rd. The two parcels total 4.38 acres and are improved with the former 18,610 s/f automotive dealership facility. The site includes 500 feet of frontage on Rte. 1, with access to Exit 59 of I-95. Press/Cuozzo was the sole broker on the sale from Charles Mannix to Amerco Real Estate Company. The transaction closed for $2.1 million.

Ted Schaffer, senior broker at Press/Cuozzo, completed a lease transaction in the McLagon Foundry Building in downtown New Haven. Schaffer represented the owner, 110 Associates, LP, as exclusive agent in the leasing of the 1,550 s/f condominium to Warshaw Capital, LLC a Stamford based full service mortgage company. The property has been home to architects, planners and designers and occupies a prominent corner on Whitney Ave. and Audubon St. The leased offices contain a high level of interior finishes exposed beam ceilings and large glass windows overlooking Whitney Ave. 

118 Quinnipiac Avenue - North Haven, CT

Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor at Press/Cuozzo, leased 11,040 s/f of the 48,000 s/f industrial complex located at 118 Quinnipiac Ave. in North Haven. Nesson represented WTE 118 Quinnipiac LLC. With the execution of this lease, the complex is now 100% occupied. The tenant, Red Hawk Fire & Security LLC was represented by Peter Shiue of Collier International.
