Greater Hartford Association of Realtors partners with Catylist to launch commercial listing service

Hartford, CT The Greater Hartford Association of Realtors (GHAR) partnered with Catylist to power a commercial listing service called CTCList. CTCList connects commercial professionals, owners, tenants and investors looking to buy, sell and lease commercial properties throughout the state, as well as nationally. The commercial real estate division of GHAR, CT Commercial Real Estate Alliance has overseen the project, which officially launched on August 1.

In addition to local market exposure, CTCList members will have the ability to extend the reach of their marketing efforts through Catylist’s extensive network of locally managed commercial listing services in the United States. This includes the opportunity for investors, end users and tenants to prospect all possibilities when they are looking to buy, sell or lease commercial property throughout the state.

“Commercial agents in Connecticut now have an affordable option to list, search and market commercial listings,” said Joel Witkiewicz, chairman of the CT Commercial RE Alliance. “We are excited to provide CTCList in order to broaden opportunities and connections with commercial professionals across North America, thanks to Catylist’s network.”

The service will include active listings auto-verified every 30 days, a member-managed sales/lease comparables database, broadcast email capabilities, customizable reports, market statistics and more. It is open to all agents statewide.
