Chris Whitten

Smithfiled, RI Premeer Real Estate hosted an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the inception of its 501c3, the Premeer Gives Back Foundation.

Local businesses and community members are invited to attend the open house to meet the foundation’s board members, learn about how the Premeer Gives Back Foundation rallies the community to help those in need, as well as enjoy some light refreshments. This is a free event and all are welcome.

Since April of 2019, Premeer Real Estate has proudly donated over $82,000 for local charities and non-profit organizations through its Premeer Gives Back Program. For each successful closing, Premeer Real Estate makes a $150 donation in their client’s name to the local charity or organization of their choice from the Premeer Gives Back Program beneficiary list. A few many local charities and organizations that have benefited over the past few years include the Izzy Foundation, The CASA Project, Operation Stand Down RI, The Autism Project, People’s First Food Pantry, Plates with Purpose, Foster Forward, Abby’s House, Pawfect Life Rescue and Simon Says Give.

“We couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds for our Premeer Gives Back Foundation and our local communities,” said Chris Whitten, broker/founder of Premeer Real Estate and the president of the Premeer Gives Back Foundation. “This opens up so many more opportunities to bring our community together to give back in so many ways. Not only in the form of charitable funds, but by being the helping hands and advocating voice for the communities we work and live in.”

Premeer Real Estate and the Premeer Gives Back Foundation are elated to welcome all kind-hearted friends of the community to join in their heartfelt mission.
