Haverhill, MA Powers & Company has leased two out of the three newly restored street level retail spaces at 41 Washington St. in downtown. Battle Grounds Coffee is now open in 1,437 s/f and Modern Furniture has opened in 450 s/f.
The four-story building, originally a shoe factory, has been recently restored by the Traggorth Company into first floor retail with high tin ceilings and historic details. 18 apartments are located in the three levels above.
