According to Centro Properties Group, a 1,200 s/f lease has been executed with Metro PCS at Torrington Plaza, located west of Highway 8 at the intersection of Main St. and Litchfield St. John Ferris of CBRE, Grossman Retail Advisors, represented Metro PCS. Centro Properties is the owner of Torrington Plaza and was represented by internally by Mark Potter.
